Construction Planning
In 2004, R&T delivered a comprehensive greenfield project for Homs Refinery Company, designing and constructing a complete 100,000-ton base oil loading and unloading system along the Syrian coast. The project included a full seabed survey, offshore pipeline laying, construction of a receiving station, installation of four large base-oil storage tanks, and the development of a pumping and loading/unloading station. Executed as a fully integrated turn-key project, it significantly enhanced the refinery’s logistical and export capacity.
