Construction Planning
R&T was commissioned in 2006 to prepare an in-depth technical and economic feasibility study for the construction of a major marine jetty at Banias Terminal. The study covered the full conceptual layout, engineering design, and cost evaluation for facilities including eight oil tanks, pumping stations, fire-fighting systems, control and instrumentation networks, and both onshore and offshore pipeline systems. The comprehensive analysis provided SCOT with a strategic foundation for future port expansion and multi-product export operations.
